You will discuss with your supervisor your current strengths and development areas in terms of your future career goals, and create an individual development plan that outlines how effectively you should develop the abilities you wish to strengthen and improve. Supervisors will also support their subordinates' ability and career development throughout the year by planning specific on-the-job training, mentoring, attending seminars, etc.

We offer a variety of training in face-to-face, online, and e-Learning depending on each individual's career stage and situation. This includes on-the-job training through work and projects, coaching and mentoring, feedback from others, knowledge and skill improvement training, English language training, workshops and more.
